Basic
Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff and management.
Good time management and multitasking ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and HR documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for workplace coordination and documentation.
Specific
Competency in document management and filing systems.
Competency in HR record keeping and maintenance of employee information.
Competency in supporting Human Resource compliance audits.
Knowledge in employee engagement, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labour regulations.
Knowledge in payroll systems and statutory deductions such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), and Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD).
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
