Liaise with courier services and the Post Office to arrange pickups, deliveries, and express services.
Plan and execute delivery routes, including assisting with the supervision of dispatch riders or staff when required.
Handle misdirected, returned, or legally sensitive mail securely in accordance with organisational protocols.
Update and manage mailing lists and perform related data entry or administrative tasks.
Support general mailroom and dispatch operations as required.
Skills
Basic
Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form with colleagues, customers and delivery personnel.
Ability to organise tasks and manage time to meet delivery schedules and handle multiple mailroom activities.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting, labelling, recording and dispatch of mail and documents.
Basic computer literacy to use office software, mail tracking systems and standard office equipment.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read addresses, handle records, and manage weights or quantities.

Ability to coordinate mail deliveries with internal departments and external courier services.
Ability to handle confidential and legally sensitive documents securely in accordance with organisational procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate records, logs, and databases using Microsoft Office and related software.
Ability to plan and follow delivery routes efficiently with effective time management and route optimisation.
Ability to sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail using manual and digital systems.
Knowledge in Malaysian postal regulations, courier procedures, and confidentiality and security protocols for mail handling.
Proficiency in operating mailroom equipment such as postage meters, franking machines, scanners, and label printers.
