Facilitate communication and coordination between clients, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), government agencies, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
Organise workshops, seminars, support groups, and awareness campaigns to educate and engage communities.
Monitor client progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Advocate for client rights, social inclusion, and accessibility improvements in public and private sectors.
Support client reintegration and life skills development, including workshops and programs for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
