Prepare detailed and compliant valuation reports for clients, financial institutions, courts, insurance companies, or tax authorities.
Advise clients on market trends and property values for transactions, investment, or insurance purposes.
Ensure all valuation activities comply with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP), legal standards, and relevant regulations.
Collect and review historical transaction data, previous valuations, and property records for analysis.
Supervise and guide junior staff or assistants in valuation assignments.

Knowledge in land and strata title systems, land use regulations, and statutory requirements such as stamp duty and capital gains tax.
Knowledge in land registry systems and property records management.
Knowledge in Malaysian property laws, Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP), and Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) guidelines.
Proficiency in valuation and property management software, including Geographic Information System (GIS) and Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in valuation methodologies, including comparative, investment, residual, and cost approaches.
