Surveyor Grade J9 responsible for carrying out survey works in the fields of topographic mapping, geodetic, utility mapping, and cadastral, covering standard control cross-section measurements, control measurements, double wall measurements, land acquisition measurements, urban and rural area measurements, sports courts, high accuracy investigation measurements, and state and international boundaries. Providing training, preparing reports and work statements for the work team, and other administrative tasks related to the department.
Tasks

Planning, implementing projects, and coordinating the collection and processing of surveying, mapping, and cadastre data.
Conducting reviews, analyses, and quality control of all surveying, mapping, and cadastre data processing work.
Preparing branch/unit annual budget estimates and requirements.
Responsible for the security of all surveying, mapping, and cadastre data documents and records.
Conducting surprise inspections, scheduled visits, supervisory visits, and fieldwork testing visits from time to time.
Representing the section in providing explanations and technical advisory services to relevant parties regarding section activities.
Managing and administering the Quantity Surveying Unit, supervising subordinate officers, and managing the secretariat for designated meetings.
Reviewing tender, quotation, and project contract documents prepared by Quantity Surveyors.
Preparing monthly and annual reports on unit/branch activities and progress, as well as staff performance reports.
