Tasks
Conduct site assessments and research on land use patterns, population growth, and environmental conditions to assess development feasibility.
Prepare development and land use plans, zoning regulations, and planning policies to support sustainable urban and regional growth.
Evaluate planning and development proposals for compliance with zoning laws, planning requirements, building regulations, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, environmental scientists, government officials, and other stakeholders to support planning decisions.
Prepare reports, technical documents, and visual presentations to support planning analysis and decision-making.
Monitor development implementation and site progress to ensure compliance with approved plans and planning requirements.
Participate in long-term strategic planning initiatives, including transport, housing, infrastructure, and green development projects.
Advise on planning proposals, layout plans, and development strategies for urban and regional areas.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation and integration of urban and regional development projects.
