Land Planning Officer Grade G9 responsible for managing the regions and plans as well as planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of work programmes/activities for administrative matters, garden matters, settler matters, and entrepreneurial development matters, member of relevant committees, and provide reports and analysis related to plan performance under its supervision. The Plan Office will inform the regional management and headquarters of the progress of each matter.
Tasks
Performing duties as Head of Department/Regional General Manager in managing farm development, villages, and settler placements.
Planning the Annual Work Programme encompassing administration, garden matters, settler matters, and entrepreneurial development.
Preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for garden production, as well as strategies for work programme implementation.
Implementing work programmes in accordance with the specified targets and timelines.
Conducting performance evaluations, prepares Performance Evaluation Reports, and monthly management reports.
Monitoring work progress, including the Replanting Programme implemented by the Replanting Management Agent for settler gardens.
Reporting issues to the Head of Department, and submits proposed solutions and follow-up actions.
Planning activities such as gotong-royong, courses, training, economic projects, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
Supervising and evaluates the activities of bodies such as the Land Schemes Development Committee (JKKR), Women’s Association Movement (GPW), Youth Association (Generasi Baru FELDA), Settlers Cooperative, Mosque Committee, Khairat Bodies, and others.
Monitoring the implementation of the Felda Tuition Scheme, evaluates the progress of community development programmes, and undertakes improvement measures.
