Tasks
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial premises and vending machine locations to carry out assigned duties.
Read electricity, gas, and water meters and record consumption data accurately.
Enter meter readings and collection data into handheld devices, systems, or log sheets.
Verify readings and collections and check for errors, faults, or signs of tampering or vandalism.
Collect cash and coins from vending machines, parking meters, and similar coin-operated equipment.
Count and reconcile money collected and maintain accurate records for accountability.
Restock vending machines with products and ensure storage spaces are adequately filled.
Ensure meters and vending machines are clean, functional, and operate properly.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repair or servicing.
Submit readings, collection records, and related reports within required timelines.
