Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and items handled.
Perform basic vehicle safety checks when required.
Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and respond to basic customer or recipient queries.
Carry out office errands and support tasks such as deliver messages, photocopy documents, file documents, or distribute documents.
Report delivery issues, delays, lost items, or unusual occurrences to supervisors.

Basic
Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively, and follow instructions independently.
Basic literacy, numeracy, and record-keeping skills to handle delivery documents and tracking tasks.
Good communication skills to interact clearly with clients, staff, and colleagues.
Physical stamina and fitness to walk, travel frequently, and lift or move items safely.

Ability to operate basic office equipment and handheld delivery devices.
Familiarity with Global Positioning System navigation and mobile delivery applications.
Hold a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class B2 for motorcycles or Class D for cars).

Knowledge of delivery record-keeping and documentation procedures.
