Tasks
Receive and unpack merchandise and check for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
Stock shelves neatly and replenish goods using first in, first out or expiry date rotation principles.
Arrange products according to planograms, pricing, and store display guidelines.
Remove expired, damaged, or unsaleable goods from shelves.
Maintain correct shelf order by returning misplaced items to designated locations.
Monitor product expiry dates and stock condition on a regular basis.
Retrieve goods from storerooms or back of house areas for shelf replenishment.
Keep shelves, aisles, and display areas clean, tidy, and organised.
Assist customers to locate products and respond to basic enquiries.
Perform related tasks to support shelf stocking and store operations.
