Housekeeping and Catering Services Worker maintain cleanliness, order and hygiene in accommodation, residential or institutional settings, including rooms, shared areas and service facilities. Tasks

Sweep, vacuum, polish, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and store laundry, linens, and uniforms using appropriate equipment and methods.
Clean kitchens, dining areas, utensils, and equipment, and assist with dishwashing and perform basic food service tasks.
Empty rubbish bins, dispose of waste properly, and maintain cleanliness of storage and service areas.
Operate and maintain cleaning, laundry, and washing equipment and use cleaning agents safely and correctly.
Report damages, defects, lost items, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards and follow cleaning schedules and checklists.
