Conduct quality inspections of pulp and paper products, checking for defects, stickies, plastics, colour, brightness, and consistency.
Collect samples and perform tests such as pH and density to evaluate pulp and paper quality, recording results accurately.
Maintain production logs, operational records, and reports on equipment performance and abnormalities.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and production personnel to ensure continuous workflow and compliance with standards.
Ensure safe handling of materials, hazardous waste, and chemicals in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in managing inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished pulp or paper products as required.
