Ability to handle fabrics and materials accurately during machine operation.
Basic maintenance and care of sewing and related machinery.
Proficient in operating sewing and embroidery machines.
Strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
Understanding of sewing techniques, garment construction, and design patterns.
Specific
Ability to perform alterations, custom fittings, and minor machine adjustments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to ensure continuous operation.
Competency in monitoring and maintaining quality control standards throughout sewing and embroidery processes.
Experience with machine embroidery techniques and digitising software to produce embroidery designs.
Knowledge of following work safety protocols and proper handling of equipment.
