Tasks

Making patterns to guide the cutting of shoe parts.

Cutting out, preparing and fitting together shoe parts.

Sewing shoe parts together.

Making standard or orthopaedic footwear to individual requirements.

Making other special types of footwear to order.

Examining and finishing footwear.

Repairing footwear.

Making and repairing saddles and harnesses for animals, luggage, handbags, wallets, belts, briefcases, leather bags and other accessories.

Making and shaping leather articles.

Sewing and stitching leather parts by hand or machine.

Performing related tasks.
