Tasks

Assemble, install, and adjust engine components for motor vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot engine problems using diagnostic tools and test results.

Repair, overhaul, and replace faulty or worn engine parts.

Conduct routine maintenance and service engines and related vehicle systems.

Fit, examine, dismantle, and rebuild defective engine components.

Replace vehicle engines, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and braking systems as required.

Perform performance tests and adjust engine settings for optimal operation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
