Crewman works as part of a fishing vessel crew to catch fish and other aquatic life in inland or coastal waters for commercial purposes. Duties include setting and hauling fishing gear such as nets, lines, and traps, sorting and storing the catch, assisting with vessel and equipment maintenance, and carrying out general deck duties. Crewmen also help maintain safety on board and support daily fishing operations.
