Tasks

Manage breeding, rearing, and feeding of aquatic species throughout hatchery and grow-out stages.

Monitor, maintain, and adjust water quality and environmental conditions to ensure healthy growth.

Plan and manage hatchery, cultivation, and farming operations based on environmental and production requirements.

Identify, prevent, and control diseases, parasites, toxins, and other health risks affecting aquatic organisms.

Operate, maintain, and repair aquaculture systems, equipment, machinery, and farm infrastructure.

Harvest, handle, and process aquatic products for sale or further production.

Manage stock density, inventory, and supplies such as feed, medicine, and equipment.

Keep records of production, health status, and farm activities for monitoring and planning.

Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Supervise daily farm operations, including workers involved in cultivation, harvesting, and processing.
