Enforcement Assistant Grade KP1 responsible for enforcing the Road Transport Act 1987 (Act 333), the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 (Act 334), and the Road Transport Rules, managing, monitoring, and reviewing all operational enforcement, prosecution, and investigation activities efficiently and effectively, as well as providing advisory services to meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

Responsible for preparing, issuing, and reviewing all types of documentation related to operations, prosecutions, complaints, and investigations.
Responsible for driving enforcement vehicles, ensuring they are in good and safe condition before use, and maintaining the vehicle logbook.

Receiving complaints and information from the public.
Acting as a witness in court cases.
Carrying out duties at the Enforcement Counter.
Skills
Specific
Competency in marine science, shipping, and information and communication technology.
Knowledge and skills in federal laws within the National Maritime Zone as well as international maritime laws.
