Tasks

Monitor licence validity, including renewals, expiries, and compliance deadlines.
Advise applicants and licence holders on licensing, permit, and regulatory requirements.
Respond to public and stakeholder enquiries regarding licence applications and status.
Notify licence holders of non-compliance, infractions, or applicable penalties.
