Social Benefits Assistant supports the administration of social welfare and assistance programmes by helping individuals access available benefits and services. They assist in reviewing applications and verifying eligibility, process claims and supporting documents, maintain accurate beneficiary records, and liaise with relevant agencies or departments to ensure timely delivery of aid and support for vulnerable groups.
Tasks
