Tasks

Control access by checking identification and authorising entry of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
Record particulars of vehicles, visitors, and movements entering or leaving the premises.
Inspect vehicles and goods leaving the premises to prevent unauthorised removal of property.
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas to identify risks or hazards.
Follow established procedures when responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
Prepare and submit incident reports, and maintain communication with supervisors.
Assist with escorting or accompanying vehicles transporting cash, valuables, or sensitive items when required.
Inform and liaise with supervisors, emergency services, or law enforcement during incidents.
