Pupils Management Assistant Grade N1 responsible for assisting teachers in preschool classes, nurturing students in special education school hostels and rural hostels under the supervision of the Ministry of Education.

Tasks

Involving children with special needs (blind, deaf, mute, and others) or primary school children residing in hostels in rural areas.

Administration of preschool classes, teaching/learning affairs, student matters, and food preparation/cleaning.

Managing student registration and assisting teachers in recording attendance, as well as updating student data and information.

Assisting teachers in inventory management of equipment, materials, accounts, finances, and preschool expenditures.

Recording purchases of preschool materials and equipment.

Assisting in selecting and preparing materials and equipment suitable for the needs, readiness, and developmental stages of preschool students, as well as planning guidance activities.

Assisting in supervising and ensuring the safety, health, and comfort of students.

Preparing and serving clean, nutritious, and balanced meals and drinks for preschool students.

Preparing, tidying, and cleaning utensils, equipment, classrooms, and other rooms or spaces before and after classes, including sweeping, locking classrooms, and maintaining cleanliness of classrooms and other areas.
