Tasks

Arrange and coordinate funerals, cremations, and graveside services, including venue setup, scheduling, and transportation arrangements.
Place and position caskets and manage chapels or parlours before and during funeral services.
Escort and guide mourners during funeral proceedings and processions in a respectful manner.
Liaise with families to plan funeral arrangements and advise on coffins, urns, and available service options.
Organise and support mourning rituals and ceremonies in line with cultural and religious practices.
Provide support to bereaved families and coordinate with relevant support services when required.
Prepare, process, and maintain required documentation, including death registration and burial permits in compliance with regulatory requirements.
