Tasks

Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers, and empty waste bins in accordance with hygiene standards.

Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, clothing, and other fabrics as required.

Replenish toiletries, towels, beverages, linens, and cleaning supplies as required.

Organise and tidy rooms, closets, and storage areas to maintain order and cleanliness.

Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to the relevant personnel promptly.

Assist guests or household members by responding courteously to routine requests.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Supervise or coordinate the work of helpers or other housekeeping staff where required.
