Tasks

Set up banquet tables and service stations according to event requirements.

Prepare tables with clean linen, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

Welcome and escort guests to their assigned tables.

Present menus and provide information or recommendations on menu items.

Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Clear, reset, and maintain tables during the event as required.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the banquet service area.

Attend to guests’ requests, feedback, or service issues in a professional manner.
