Tasks

Plan and organise tour routes, itineraries, and schedules.

Conduct guided tours by escorting tourists to sites, providing accurate and engaging information about landmarks, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Coordinate with transport, accommodation, and other service providers to ensure smooth tour logistics.

Manage group behaviour to maintain order, safety, and a positive visitor experience.

Conduct outdoor and nature-based tours such as hiking or sightseeing when required.

Ensure tours follow planned itineraries and are completed within scheduled timeframes.

Respond professionally to visitor enquiries, requests, and feedback.

Proficiency in navigation and route planning using maps, Global Positioning System (GPS), or similar tools.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office for tour planning and documentation.
