Tasks

Assist passengers during boarding and alighting, including the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities.

Ensure passenger safety by monitoring compliance with rules and regulations.
Manage crowd control and handle conflicts or disputes onboard.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside the vehicle during operation.
Report accidents, disturbances, or unusual incidents to supervisors or emergency services.
Cooperate with the driver to adhere to scheduled routes and timings.
