Implement and improve mailroom procedures to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance with organisational and postal standards.
Operate postage metering equipment and calculate postage rates accurately.
Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to mail handling, delays, or customer complaints.

Knowledge in national and Malaysian postal regulations, mail handling protocols, and mail security and confidentiality procedures.
Proficiency in operating mailroom equipment, including franking machines, scanners, and barcode readers.
