Tasks

Maintain organised logistics records and documentation.

Basic
Basic numerical skills for inventory reconciliation, planning support, and information gathering.
Effective verbal communication and coordination skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, for documentation and data handling.
Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Specific
Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers and warehouse personnel.
Ability to resolve logistics issues related to shipments and deliveries.
Competency in logistics scheduling and documentation control.
Competency in maintaining logistics documentation, shipment records and inventory reports.
Competency in monitoring shipping, receiving and delivery activities.
Knowledge in logistics regulations, customs requirements and import–export procedures, including International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
Knowledge in logistics, supply chain processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and shipment processing.
