Tasks

Direct, schedule, and monitor field personnel involved in pipeline dispatch operations.

Review movement and pumping reports to verify quantities transferred or delivered.

Prepare, maintain, and update dispatch documentation, including delivery orders, transfer records, and shipment records.

Liaise with transport providers, engineers, and supervisors to support smooth pipeline operations.

Monitor the usage and storage of materials involved in pipeline operations.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations in pipeline dispatch activities.

Address logistical issues and operational discrepancies related to dispatch operations promptly.
