Coordinate schedules with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs authorities to ensure timely shipment and clearance.
Weigh, inspect, and track goods received, issued, produced, or shipped, ensuring accuracy in records.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
Maintain digital and paper records to comply with auditing and regulatory standards.
Skills
Basic

Basic numeracy and effective time management to work efficiently under pressure.
Clerical and administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, with active listening.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
