Coordinator Assistant supports the planning, coordination and implementation of projects or departmental activities to ensure plans and strategies are carried out effectively. The role assists with organising schedules, coordinating with team members, vendors and subcontractors, and monitoring progress to help meet timelines and objectives. It also undertakes administrative and reporting tasks to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication across parties involved.
Tasks

Ability to perform basic ICT and clerical or administrative duties.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organisational and time management skills to support coordination tasks.
