Tasks
Conducting investigations under the APR 1997 and the AMLATFA 2001, including handling complaints, interviews, investigation operations, OTT, interrogations, and seizure of documents/assets.
Executing money trail analysis, asset tracing, forensic accounting, engineering, ICT, and cyber forensics, and provides reports and expert testimony in court.
Preparing case facts, summaries of evidence, prosecution briefs, LBPR, supporting prosecutions in Lower and High Courts, and providing legal advice.
Delivering anti-corruption talks and coordinates programmes and activities for schools, public/private higher learning institutions, and the community to promote integrity.
Reviewing and evaluating practices, systems, and procedures of government departments to prevent corruption, providing advisory services, and monitoring the implementation of recommendations.
Collecting and analysing data for inspections and develops databases related to the systems and procedures of government departments.
Coordinating courses, forensic training, international backup training, basic BPR courses, and supervising facilitators and training equipment.
Providing assistance to local and international anti-corruption agencies, executing subpoenas, arrest warrants, and court orders.
Managing official secret registrations, document control, access cards, security keys, and physical office security.
Managing officer assignments, executing directives from superiors, assisting the Head of Unit/Branch, and performing duties during parliamentary sessions.
