Cultural Artist Grade B2 responsible for performing duties as a Cultural Artist in PENTARAMA performances in a professional manner, planning, implementing, and preparing reports related to performances in accordance with departmental requirements. Managing performance activities, including the preparation of dance, singing, and acting for performances, efficiently and effectively within the Talent and Arts group.

Tasks

Responsible for ensuring that the discipline of Cultural Artists Grade B1 is maintained at a satisfactory level by ensuring their compliance with rehearsal schedules for performances, whether in the studio or at offsite assignments.

Responsible for training Cultural Artists Grade B1 in proper singing, acting, and message delivery techniques in accordance with departmental standards, as well as creating choreography for official performances.

Coordinating state-level development, motivation, counselling, and career programmes for the Talent and Arts Group Grade B1.

Assisting in coordinating personal development, motivation, counselling, and career programmes for all officers in the Talent and Arts Group Grade B1.

Managing and monitoring welfare and safety, and preparing reports on the discipline of Cultural Artists Grade B1 in the studio and at offsite assignments.

Overseeing and assisting in coordinating dance and theatre projects conducted in collaboration with Istana Budaya.

Acting as a role model for Cultural Artists Grade B1.

Monitoring the discipline of Istana Budaya Cultural Artists during dance rehearsals and performances, both domestically and internationally.
