Tasks

Consult with clients and project teams to determine design requirements, themes, and functional needs.

Develop design concepts and proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and layouts for interiors, displays, sets, or events.

Source, select, and prepare materials, furnishings, props, or floral elements in line with design vision and budget.

Arrange and install decorations, displays, or sets to achieve visual appeal and alignment with project objectives.

Coordinate and support the execution of designs, including construction, assembly, and finishing tasks.

Maintain and update displays, sets, or floral arrangements to ensure quality and aesthetic standards.

Prepare plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure feasibility, safety, and functionality.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and marketing or branding teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency.

Manage post-project activities, including dismantling, storage, and cleanup, ensuring proper handling of materials.
