They ensure the reliability and security of communication networks through diagnostic testing, RF spectrum analysis, and on-site support, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

Tasks

Install, test, and maintain radio communication systems and antennas.

Conduct regular inspections and repairs on transmitters and receivers.

Monitor radio frequency signals and ensure optimal system performance.

Program, update, and troubleshoot software in radio communication devices and ensure integration with Radio Frequency (RF) systems.

Perform diagnostics and fault isolation using radio frequency test instruments.

Support integration of radio systems with other networked communication platforms.

Document technical issues, maintenance activities, and solutions provided.

Ensure compliance with safety and radio spectrum regulations set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
