Tasks

Developing new programs and maintaining existing programs, and providing training and technical support to users.

Implementing information system applications and applying IT knowledge and skills in the performance of duties.

Conducting analyses, serving as a reference for the scope of work, and acting as the organisation’s troubleshooter.

Developing, testing, and maintaining programs, and preparing program documentation and specifications.

Assisting in system design, coding, maintenance, and troubleshooting of programs and systems.

Assisting in managing hardware, software, and data networks, including installation and testing.

Managing the procurement of hardware and software, and preparing related specifications.

Assisting in developing, managing, and administering the organisation’s databases.

Assisting in developing, operating, and supervising Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN), web servers, internet, and intranet systems.
