Tasks

Review accounting entries and documents for compliance and accuracy, and identify control weaknesses or process gaps, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve payment or billing queries.

Competency in payroll processing and management of statutory deductions.
Familiarity with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Knowledge in Malaysian financial regulations, taxation (Sales and Service Tax (SST), Potongan Cukai Berjadual (PCB), and statutory compliance (Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO).
Proficiency in accounting and audit software.
Proficiency in bank reconciliation, cash management, and month-end closing processes.
