General Ledger Officer
General Ledger Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by preparing and recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports. They ensure compliance with accounting standards and support month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements.
Tasks
Post daily journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments, in the general ledger.
Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes to support accurate reporting.
Ensure accounting records comply with accounting standards and company policies, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents during audits and statutory reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
