Analyse market trends and evaluate investment and financing options.
Advise on and participate in negotiating loans, and placing stocks and bonds.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Gather and assess financial information to support investment and treasury decisions.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage banking relationships, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
Competency in administering intercompany loans, debt financing arrangements, and capital market activities.
Competency in monitoring and managing financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.
Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal treasury policies for compliance.
Knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments, including foreign exchange, bonds, derivatives, and short-term investments.
Proficiency in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation.
Proficiency in preparing and analysing treasury financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
