Radiographer Grade U5 responsible for producing medical images to assist specialists and medical officers in diagnosing diseases, evaluating images and radiography produced, managing matters related to the application of radiographic examinations, responsible for the maintenance and quality control of equipment used, and performing planning, management, training, and research duties to enhance and maintain the quality of Radiographer services.

Tasks

Assisting in planning patient treatment and computed tomography (CT) procedures.

Operating simulator machines for training and simulation procedures, and preparing or evaluates treatment accessories in the mould room.

Preparing radiographic contrast agents and administers treatment while managing patient data.

Monitoring treatment side effects and cares for patients before, during, and after treatment.

Receiving and documenting patient information, using and storing treatment equipment, furniture, and linen safely, and adhering to infectious disease prevention procedures.
