Supervising and overseeing pesticide application activities on crops.
Guiding and providing instruction to settlers on produce quality control, proper fertilisation techniques, and appropriate use of chemical pesticides in accordance with estate conditions.
Coordinating settler activities in entrepreneurial development initiatives.

Ability to handle problems and provide appropriate solutions.
