Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and production or maintenance tracking software.
Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude for handling tools, machinery, and production components.
Organisational skills, time management, and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders effectively.
Specific
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, process flow diagrams, and quality control charts.
Basic knowledge of Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM), Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, and automation controls.
Competency in conducting quality inspections using measurement tools and testing instruments.
Competency in operating manufacturing machinery and equipment with basic troubleshooting capability.
Knowledge in applying safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
Proficiency in performing equipment maintenance, repair, and mechanical servicing.
Proficiency in using production planning software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for operational tasks.
