Repair or replace defective components or systems to restore equipment functionality.
Perform routine calibration and testing of machinery to ensure performance and safety.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports.
Assist in mentoring operators on basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe equipment use.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Competency in routine operation, control, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
Competency in troubleshooting and repairing common mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, compressors, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units.
Experience with welding, soldering, fabrication, and machinery alignment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and standards.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
Skill in operating diagnostic tools and instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vibration analysers.
Understanding and operation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
