Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Train and mentor junior technicians and support talent development.
Maintain documentation, including reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.
Liaise with project managers, suppliers, contractors, and engineers to coordinate technical support and work progress.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Problem-solving and critical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication and leadership skills for supervising and coordinating teams.
Specific
Ability to read and interpret process control drawings and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Ability to safely operate high-voltage equipment and work in hazardous environments.
Basic knowledge of project management principles in electrical and instrumentation work.
In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distributed Control System (DCS), and control valves.
Knowledge of cabling, wiring, and electrical system troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of coordinating installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Knowledge of electrical safety codes such as International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and asset management support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, instrumentation devices, and control systems.
Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and loop calibrators.
