Liaise with clients and contractors regarding maintenance activities and system performance.

Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and solve problems under pressure.
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong communication, active listening, and teamwork abilities.
Understanding and application of fire safety codes and regulations in Malaysia.
Specific
Ability in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems.
Knowledge in fire safety standards and regulations including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), British Standards (BS), and European Norms (EN).
Knowledge in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and other fire suppression equipment.
Knowledge in testing, inspection, and basic fault analysis of fire protection devices.
Proficiency in cabling, wiring, and basic mechanical maintenance related to fire protection systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and building system layouts including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems.
