Basic
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

Proficiency in commonly used languages for effective communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
Specific
Knowledge in basic cost estimation and project budgeting support.
Knowledge in civil engineering principles, including load analysis and structural concepts.
Knowledge in conducting site inspections, surveys, and basic material and safety tests such as soil compaction and concrete slump tests.
Knowledge in preparing technical documentation, reports, and engineering specifications.
Knowledge in workplace safety practices and site safety compliance.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Malaysian building codes and standards such as Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Malaysian Standards (MS), and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
