Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of meteorological data collected from manual and automated weather stations.
Assist meteorologists in analysing atmospheric data and supporting the preparation of weather forecasts and technical reports.
Maintain operational logs, technical documentation and archives of meteorological data for analysis and investigations.
Support installation, testing and upgrading of meteorological data acquisition systems, hardware and software.
Follow operational, safety and environmental procedures when conducting field observations and equipment maintenance.
