Tasks

Plan, implement, and deploy secure and scalable information technology (IT) infrastructure solutions.

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Virtual Private Network (VPN), and firewall systems.

Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and availability to ensure stable and seamless operations.

Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery activities to maintain business continuity.

Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, software, and infrastructure-related technical issues.

Write, maintain, and update software components or scripts that support infrastructure functionality and system integration.

Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.

Document system configurations, changes, procedures, and updates for maintenance and operational reference.

Conduct testing and validation of infrastructure systems and configurations to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
