Vendor Management Analyst (Information Technology) manages relationships with external IT vendors to ensure that third-party services meet organisational requirements and contractual obligations. Tasks

Collaborate with internal departments to align vendor services and deliverables with business and operational requirements.
Support the resolution of issues related to vendor products and services.
Analyse vendor management processes and vendor-related systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Promote awareness and consistent understanding of vendor management procedures across teams.
